Silver Level

First, we have the Silver Level where everyone receives a monthly email with the “Giveaway of the Month.” If it is something you are interested in, just reply to the email as soon as you can because most often there will be a limit on how many giveaways are available. This is NOT a drawing, and NO, you do not need to give us a referral to be in Silver Level.

Gold Level

When you do have a referral, or choose to do business with us again, you automatically become a member of the second level of the PHT Rewards Program, Gold Level. As a Gold Level member, you get your very own PHT Rewards Program Starbucks Card preloaded with $10 on it. And it doesn’t stop there! You will also have an additional $10 loaded onto your card once a month, the first week of the month, for the next 5 months! The perks keep coming, too!! If you send us another referral within 6 months of the last referral, you get an automatic $25 loaded onto your card, and your $10 monthly perk would extend an additional 6 months. Your FREE perks can extend as long as you would like, all you need to do is refer those you know looking to buy, sell, or invest. If you don’t have another referral for us within 6 months of your last referral, you will drop back down to Silver Level and will still be eligible for the “Giveaway of the Month” and fun special events! You can always get back into Gold Level again, just send along another referral!

Platinum Level

You reach the exclusive level in the program, Platinum Level, once you have sent us 3 referrals over a twelve (12) month period. At this level, you get everything previously mentioned, as well as invites to exclusive events and top tier rewards!

So, what is a referral? A referral is when you introduce us to someone who is considering buying, selling or investing in real estate and is willing to have a sit down listing appointment or sit down buyer counseling appointment with us or one of our team members. That’s right, just provide us the name and contact info for your referral and once we meet with them, we will let you know and your reward will be sent. How easy is that??!

Who can participate in the PHT Rewards Program?

Those who we feel have demonstrated that we are their “Real Estate Team Of Choice”, either as a past or present client, or as someone who has referred business to us. We are not A Realtor that they might refer, we are THE Realtor that they refer!

What is the PHT Rewards Program?

It is a way for us to shower our clients with monthly gift giveaways, exclusive offers and fun events to show our appreciation for your business and/or referrals! There are 3 levels to the PHT Rewards Program: SILVER LEVEL, GOLD LEVEL and  PLATINUM LEVEL. Everyone we add to the PHT Rewards Program will be eligible for Silver Level benefits – and will receive a monthly email detailing a limited number of “Giveaways of the Month”. This is NOT a drawing! And NO, you don’t need to get me a referral to claim the gift!

Does the PHT Rewards Program cost anything to participate?

Nope.  It’s FREE! This is purely a “Thank You” for your continued business and it rewards you if you want to go the extra mile and refer business to us!

How do I make sure I am included in the monthly Giveaway?

Make sure that:

We are YOUR Realtor of Choice, and the only agent you would recommend!
We have your correct email (and spouse’s email too, if applicable)
We encourage you to join our Private/Invite Only PHT Rewards Program Facebook Group

How many Giveaways is my household eligible for each month/year?

There is no limit to how many times a household can receive a giveaway in a year.  However, only one giveaway per household is allowed in any given month.

Can both my spouse and I enter?

Yes!  But only one of you can receive a giveaway each month (see previous question)

If I get a Giveaway, how do I get it?

The giveaway must be picked up in our DTC office, within 7 days of announcement of the recipients on our PHT Rewards Facebook Group. If a Giveaway is not picked up in that time frame, we will choose an alternate recipient (sorry, but we have limited space at our office to store the giveaways!) Some giveaways can be mailed and that will be mentioned in the email offer.

Do I only need to opt in once and then I am eligible for all Giveaways?

You will always receive the emails for giveaways, in order to be considered to receive the giveaway you must respond to that particular email.

How will I be notified if I get a Giveaway?

We will announce the lucky recipients via Facebook and will also notify recipients via a phone call and email.  A list of that month’s recipients (first name and last initial) will also be congratulated on our PHT Rewards Program Facebook Group.

How do I get upgraded to the GOLD or PLATINUM Level?

To move from SILVER Level to GOLD Level simply send us at least one buyer or seller referral within a 6 month period OR use us again to buy or sell a property. If you use us again to buy or sell a property, you will remain in GOLD LEVEL for 6 months after your closing.  To move up to PLATINUM Level simply send us a combined total of 3 Seller or Buyer referrals within a rolling 12 month period.

What Are the GOLD LEVEL Benefits?

A $10 Starbucks card will be mailed to you once we have a sit down appointment with your referral – but it doesn’t stop there! For the next 6 months we will reload an additional $10 to that Starbucks card for a total of $60 in rewards! Note that the balance on the card expires 30 days following the last day of the last month it was loaded – so be sure to use it for food, drinks and merchandise! If you send us another referral your Starbucks benefits will continue for another 6 months!

What are the PLATINUM Level Benefits?

All the rewards of Gold level Plus Invites to exclusive events and exclusive monthly giveaways! You also receive an additional one time $25 on your Starbucks card once Platinum Level is achieved.

What constitutes a referral?

A referral is when you introduce us to someone who is considering buying, selling or investing in real estate and is willing to have a sit down listing appointment or sit down buyer counseling appointment with one of our team members. That’s right, just get permission from the person considering buying, selling or investing and provide us their name and contact info and once we meet with them, we will let you know and your reward will be sent.  It doesn’t matter if we get them under contract and it doesn’t matter if we close their transaction. How easy is that?

If I have been upgraded to the GOLD LEVEL or PLATINUM Level am I still eligible for a Giveaway?

Absolutely!!  As an upgraded member of our PHT Rewards Program, you are eligible for that level’s rewards AND the rewards of the levels below your level.
